The "Russell Tribunal on Palestine" in London ruled last December that
Dexia and many other large companies were complicit in violations of international law committed by Israel in occupying the west bank of the Jordan.The Russell-court is a people's court which was established in the late '60s to investigate war crimes committed during the Vietnam War.
