By this Latin quotation that Mr. Bart De Wever, president of the Nieuw-Vlaamse Alliantie (N-VA , New Flemish Alliance), began his victory speech on the evening of June 13 in Brussels. With twenty-seven hundred deputies and nine of the forty senatorial seats at stake that day the Belgian Federal Parliament, his party thus became the first political organization in the country. A quotation which the first letters of the words were carefully chosen.
